Bearded dragons are one of the most popular exotic pets in America — and for good reason! They’re friendly, fascinating, and relatively easy to care for if you know what to do.

🏡 Habitat Setup

Your dragon needs a warm, dry environment with UVB lighting. Use a 40-gallon tank minimum, a basking lamp (100°F), and a cool zone (~75°F).

🥗 Diet

Bearded dragons eat insects (crickets, roaches), leafy greens (kale, collards), and fruits in moderation. Always use calcium powder with D3.

🧼 Cleaning & Handling

Clean their tank weekly. Be gentle and handle them often — they enjoy human interaction!

🧪 Health Signs

Watch for lethargy, sunken eyes, or loss of appetite. Regular vet checkups are recommended.
